PORK SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
8 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
2 slices bread, cubed
1/2 tsp. salt
Squirt mustard
1 lb. pork sausage
1 c. grated cheese

Brown sausage; drain. Beat eggs, add milk, salt, mustard and add sausage and mix. Pour into 9"x13"x2" pan sprayed with Pam. Put on top, sprinkle with cheese. Cover with wrap and refrigerate overnight. Set oven at 375 degrees. Bake 45 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut in squares and serve.
