PIZZA (FOR KIDS) (AND ADULTS!) | |
1 pkg. yeast 2/3 c. warm water 2 1/2 c. Bisquick 1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce 1/4 tsp. each basil, oregano, garlic powder, pepper 1/2 lb. shredded Mozzarella To make the crust: Dissolve the yeast in water, stir. Add 2 1/2 cups Bisquick and mix, mix, mix! To make the sauce: Pour the tomato sauce in pan and add spices. Cook for 10 minutes on medium heat. Cool and set aside. Next, turn dough out on floured surface. Punch down and fold 15 to 20 times. Make 6 balls and roll flat. Place on cookie sheet, greased with butter. Cover with sauce. Add all you favorite meats and veggies and top with shredded cheese. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes. |
