CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 stalk fresh broccoli (cooked) or 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked
4 chicken breasts, cooked, deboned & chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. curry powder
Bread crumbs or Ritz crackers

Line the bottom of an ungreased 9 x 13 inch dish with broccoli. Spread chopped chicken over broccoli. Mix cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder together and pour over chicken. Add crushed crackers or bread crumbs on top of mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 6-8.
