NUTTY YAM BAKE 
3 lbs. sweet potatoes
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 cups milk
2 eggs
1/2 cup flour

Cook potatoes in boiling water until tender. Mash potatoes while still hot. Add sugar, butter, cinnamon, allspice and nutmeg. Mix well. Beat in milk and eggs. Whip well with potato mixture. Pour into greased 3 qt. casserole dish.

Topping:

1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Combine flour, sugar and butter until crumbly. Add nuts and cinnamon. Sprinkle over top of potato mixture. Dot with butter.

Bake at 375°F for 35 minutes.
