POTATOES WITH SOUR CREAM 
5 c. cooked, diced potatoes (boiled in jackets)

2 tsp. salt
2 c. Cottage cheese, sm. curd
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. minced green onion
1 clove garlic (optional)

Fold potatoes into other ingredients. Pour into buttered casserole. Top with shredded Cheddar cheese and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes uncovered. Serves 12. Can be made day ahead and baked just before serving.
