CHICKEN & BEER 
6 lb. chicken quarters
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. diced onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can beer

Brown chicken quickly; drain. Place in roaster. 1/2 the chicken, sprinkle with 1/2 the onion and celery. Put rest of chicken in roaster. Sprinkle with rest of onion and celery. Mix soups and beer. Pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes. Serve with rice, noodles or mashed potatoes.
