CHICKEN DIVAN 
8 boned chicken breasts (8 halves)
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli spears
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 tbsp. melted butter

Separate broccoli spears in hot water and drain. Mix soup and mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder. Place broccoli in casserole dish. Put chicken on top of broccoli and pour soup mixture on top. Sprinkle cheese, butter and bread crumbs on top. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. 8 servings.
