LOUISIANA PORK CHOPS 
1 tbsp. oil
4 pork chops
2 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. of each chopped onion & chopped bell pepper
1 can tomato sauce
1/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. each salt & pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Heat oil; fry pork chops until lightly browned. Place 1/2 cup rice on each chop. Sprinkle onion and pepper on top of rice. In bowl mix the remaining ingredients. Pour evenly over rice mixture. Bake, covered at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
