PETITE CHEESE CAKES 
2 pkgs. (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
24 vanilla wafers

Beat above ingredients until light and fluffy. Line small muffin pans with 24 cupcake papers. Place a vanilla wafer in bottom of each. Fill 2/3 with cheese mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. When cooled, top each with 1 tablespoon of Comstock cherry- strawberry or blueberry pie filling.
