PENNSYLVANIA CHILI | |
2 lbs. ground beef 1 med. chopped onion 4 med. diced potatoes 1 c. water from cooked potatoes 3 (16 oz.) kidney beans 1 lg. can tomatoes 1 can tomato soup Salt Pepper Brown sugar to taste Brown ground beef and onions. Drain off excess fat from cooked meat. Cook potatoes in water. Drain off water. Save 1 cup water to add to chili. Combine all ingredients in large pan. Cook 1 hour on medium heat. |
