2 c. hot, unseasoned mashed potatoes 1 well-beaten egg 1 qt. dry bread cubes (Pepperidge Farm) 3 tbsp. butter 1/4 c. chopped parsley 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning Freshly ground pepper to taste Combine the potatoes and egg. Saute the bread cubes in butter. Combine the potato mix with bread cubes and stir in remaining ingredients. Mix well. |
