FILLED CHICKEN BREASTS 
4 deboned chicken breasts
2 c. mashed potatoes
1 egg
1 sm. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
2 tsp. parsley
1 tbsp. butter
2 c. cubed bread
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Saute celery and onions in butter. Mix all ingredients together and stuff breasts. Place in baking dish with open side down. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours.
