HUMMINGBIRD CAKE 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. mashed bananas
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. salad oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. crushed pineapple
2 c. pecans

Combine dry ingredients. Add eggs, oil and stir. Add vanilla, pineapple, nuts and bananas. Put in greased cake pans (2). Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.

FROSTING FOR HUMMINGBIRD CAKE:

8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. butter
16 oz. confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. buttermilk
