WON TON SOUP 
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. water
1/3 c. flour
1/2 c. finely chopped chicken
1 tbsp. finely chopped green onion
1 tsp. soy sauce
2 cans (10 1/2 oz.) condensed chicken soup
2 soup cans water
1/2 c. cooked chicken or pork cut in strips
1/2 c. chopped spinach

Gradually stir 2 tablespoons egg and 1/2 teaspoon water into flour and salt. Knead on lightly floured board until dough is smooth; roll dough to 10 x 7 1/2 inch piece; cut into 12 squares (2 1/2 inch). Thoroughly mix finely chopped chicken, onion, soy, and remaining egg; place a heaping teaspoon of mixture one each square. Bring corners together and seal edges. In saucepan, combine soup and water; bring to boil. Add won tongs; cook over low heat 5 minutes. Add chicken or pork and spinach. 4 servings.
