WON TON SOUP 
1/2 lb. ground pork
1 tbsp. green onion, finely chopped
2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. sesame oil
Cornstarch to thicken

Mix meat and seasoning well. Wrap 1 teaspoon filling in won ton skin. Drop won ton in boiling broth, cook 2 minutes, add 1/2 cup cold water, let boil up again. Just before serving, put green vegetables in.

Also can deep fry and serve as appetizer.
