WON TON SOUP 
2 c. flour
2 eggs
1 tbsp. water
1 tsp. oil

FILLING:

1 lb. ground pork
1 tsp. ginger
2 tbsp. chopped scallions
1 tsp. sesame oil
Salt
1 tsp. Chinese parsley
1/4 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. sherry

Won tons: Knead, roll as thin as possible, after sets for 30 minutes. Cut into triangles and put 1 teaspoon filling inside, then wet edges and seal. Drop won tons in boiling water 10-15 minutes. Serve in chicken stock with meat, vegetables and/or mushrooms.
