PICANTE SAUCE 
1 (5 qt.) pail chopped tomatoes
3 lg. onions, chopped
1/2 bunch chopped celery
6 chopped peppers (2 green, 2 red, 2 jalapeno)
6 tbsp. white vinegar
3 tsp. powdered garlic
1 tbsp. oregano
12 oz. can tomato paste
3 tbsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. lemon juice

Combine all ingredients and cook 1/2 hour. Put in jars and process.
