22 med. tomatoes
5 lg. onions
2 lg. green peppers
9 to 11 Jalapeno peppers
1 c. vinegar
1/4 c. salt
1/4 c. sugar
Banana peppers (as many as desired)
12 oz. tomato paste

Chop and boil above ingredients 30 to 40 minutes. Put in jars and process for 20 minutes.
