MINT BROWNIES 
BROWNIE:

1 (9x13 inch size) pkg. brownie mix

FILLING:

2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. mint flavoring
7 drops green coloring

ICING:

1 c. chocolate chips
6 tbsp. butter

Prepare brownie mix and let cool.

Prepare filling and spread on cooled brownies and put in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Melt chocolate chips and butter in double boiler or microwave. Spread over top of mint filling. Serve chilled to prevent chocolate and mint from melting.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
