1 lb. hamburger
1 1/2 c. grated, peeled zucchini
2 tsp. chopped onion
3 slices stale bread
Salt & pepper

Using hands, mix all together. Form into roll, place into loaf pan. Bake at 325 degrees for about 1 hour.
