APPLE CRISP 
1 c. oatmeal (reg. or quick)
1 c. flour
1 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. granulated sugar
6 c. sliced apples (Granny preferred)
Cinnamon to taste
1 c. butter (2 sticks)

Combine oatmeal, flour, sugars, and butter; blend together until crumbly. Place apples in 8 x 13 inch pan or glass Pyrex dish. Top with oatmeal mixture, sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Makes about 12 servings. May be served hot with ice cream, lemon sauce, or Cool Whip.
