Peel and core apples leaving the blossom end intact. Fill centers halfway with mixture of cinnamon and sugar. Top with butter. Wrap tightly in foil and place around edge of fire or grill. Turn 2 or 3 times to steam bake evenly. Cooking time is about 30 minutes.
