CHERRY CREAM COFFEE CAKE 
2 c. buttermilk baking mix
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter, softened
1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can cherry pie filling
1 c. sour cream
1 c. whipping cream
Sugar
Cinnamon

Combine baking mix, 1/4 cup sugar, milk and softened butter, mixing until dough forms. Pat in bottom and 1" up sides of 9"x11" greased baking pan. Cover with cherry pie filling. Combine sour cream and unwhipped cream, mixing well. Pour over pie filling, spreading evenly. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 to 45 minutes. Cut in squares to serve. Refrigerate leftovers.
