LEMON BARS 
CRUST:

2 sticks butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 c. flour

Melt butter in 9 x 13 pan in oven. Mix flour and sugar. Spread and pat mixture onto bottom and sides of pan. Prick with fork and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

FILLING:

4 eggs
6 tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. sugar
4 1/2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
Grated rind of 1/2 lemon

Beat eggs; add rest of ingredients and mix. Pour over hot crust.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar while hot. Cool and cut into squares.
