PECAN PIE 
2 c. white corn syrup
3 tbsp. molasses
2 oz. butter
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. pecans

Beat eggs well add corn syrup, molasses, butter, vanilla, salt and pecans. Cut pecans in quarters, leaving a few whole for top. Fill lined pie tins with rich pie crust. Bake in moderate oven for 40 minutes.
