Butter
6 med. potatoes, grated
4 med. onions, grated
1/2 c. cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Dash nutmeg

Combine ingredients and put in buttered casserole. Bake in very slow oven, about 200 degrees, approximately 4 hours. Serves 6-8. Easy.
