BAKED CHICKEN AND RICE 
1 c. UNCLE BEN'S® uncooked parboiled rice
1/3 c. chopped onion
2 1/2 c. chicken broth
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. celery salt
1 cut up chicken parts

Heat rice and onion in butter until golden brown. Spread in large baking pan, and add broth, celery salt and salt. Cover with chicken pieces. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Cover tightly and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.

Remove cover and bake 20 minutes longer until chicken browns slightly. May use instant broth, diluted with water, as Herbox or Romanoffs. Serves about 6-7 people.
