BAKED CHICKEN AND RICE 
1 c. rice
2 1/3 lbs. chicken, cut in pieces
10 3/4 oz. cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken
1 can chicken broth
1/2 pkg. onion soup mix

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Coat chicken with rice. Place chicken, skin side up, in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Mix soup, chicken broth, and onion soup in bowl. Pour over chicken. Cover and bake for 2 hours.

To brown, uncover and brown for 30 minutes.
