LEMON ICE CREAM 
Juice from 8 lemons or 1/2 to 2 c. lemon juice
2 qt. half and half
4 c. sugar
3-4 tbsp. grated lemon rind

Dissolved sugar in half and half in ice cream freezer. Add lemon juice slowly, stirring constantly. Stir rind into mixture and freezer immediately.
