ITALIAN RICE SALAD 
1 c. cooked rice
3/4 c. Italian dressing
3/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
Fresh vegetables as desired
1 or 2 hard-cooked eggs

Celery, onion, peas, cauliflower, broccoli, carrots.

Combine dressing. Pour over rice, vegetables, eggs. Mix thoroughly. Let stand several hours or overnight in refrigerator.
