ITALIAN RICE SALAD 
2 bags Success rice, cooked
3/4 c. Italian salad dressing
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. finely chopped fresh vegetables

Carrots, celery, green onions, green or red peppers, radishes, tomatoes or cucumbers.

Cook rice as directed. In a large bowl, blend Italian dressing with mayonnaise. Stir in vegetables. Add rice and toss well. Chill. Makes about 8 servings.
