CHICKEN SPAGHETTI CASSEROLE 
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
1 chicken

Saute in butter until wilted.

8 or 10 oz. thin spaghetti
1 can undiluted cream of mushroom soup

Boil chicken and remove from bone. Use salt in water. Chop in pieces. Cook spaghetti in chicken broth. After spaghetti is cooked add soup, onion, bell pepper, celery, a little pimento and chicken. Stir well. Pour into a 2 1/2 or 3 quart casserole and top with grated cheese. Heat in 350 degree oven until cheese is melted.
