MARK'S FRIED RICE 
3 beef bouillon cubes
3 c. boiling water
3 tbsp. butter
2 med. onions, chopped
1 1/4 c. UNCLE BEN'S® rice
2 (4 oz.) cans mushroom pieces

Dissolve bouillon cubes in water. Set aside. Melt butter in 10 inch skillet. Saute onion until brown. Add rice. Saute until brown. Add bouillon and bring to a boil. Add mushrooms. Cover and cook over medium to low heat for 20 minutes.
