CHEWY CHOCOLATES 
3/4 c. pecan halves
1/2 lb. Kraft caramels
2 tbsp. heavy cream
1/2 pkg. (4 sqs.) semi-sweet chocolate, melted & slightly cooled

Place 2 pecan halves in clusters on lightly buttered baking sheet. Melt caramels in cream in saucepan over very low heat, stirring constantly until smooth. Spoon caramel mixture over pecan clusters. Leave a little of the pecans uncovered. Let stand until set (about 30 minutes). Spread melted chocolate over caramel mixture.
