1 stick butter
1/4 c. salad oil
3 eggs
1 box brown sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans

Beat eggs well with butter or oil. Add other ingredients. Mix by hand or on low speed with mixer. Pour into greased and floured 9"x12" pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar. Cut in small squares.
