MOIST & CHEWY CHOCOLATE CHIP
COOKIES
 
3/4 c. butter flavor Crisco
1 1/4 c. brown sugar
1 egg
2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. pecans, coarsely chopped
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
White chocolate & dark chocolate for baking for topping

Cream together Crisco and brown sugar. Add egg and mix well. Add milk and vanilla. Mix in flour, baking soda and salt. Mix well, add nuts and morsels. Drop 3 inches apart with ice cream scoop. Dilute chocolate for drizzle with butter Crisco only. Drizzle dark chocolate first then white chocolate over baked cookie tops. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. I melt chocolate in microwave.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
