MEATBALLS AND CABBAGE 
1 lb. ground round
1 med. onion, chopped and sauteed
1 egg
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
1 c. tomato sauce
Juice of 1 lemon
Pinch of dill weed
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 med. cabbage, shredded

Mix ground beef, onion, egg, milk, and bread crumbs. Make into meatballs. Brown. Into large saucepan, add meatballs, tomato sauce, juice of 1 lemon, dill weed, and brown sugar. Simmer 10 minutes. Add shredded cabbage and simmer an additional 25 to 30 minutes or until desired softness. This is very good over rice pilaf.
