LONDON BROIL 
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
3 tbsp. salad oil
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Dash dry onion
2 tsp. brown sugar
1/5 tsp. ginger
1-1 1/2 lb. flank steak, pounded to 1" thickness

Mix well all ingredients together. Pour over flattened out flank steak. Marinate overnight, 2 nights are better (refrigerated). Broil and serve.
