LIZ'S GREEN BEANS | |
1 stick butter 1 sauteed onion 1 tbsp. flour 1 can mushroom soup or celery soup 1/2 soup can milk 1 chunk Velveeta 2-3 cans green beans Melt together the first 6 ingredients. Layer half the beans in a casserole dish, pepper to taste. Cover with half the cheese mixture; layer the rest of the beans, then the rest of the cheese. Cover with crushed crackers and butter. Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 325 degrees. |
