LEMON ICEBOX PIE 
1 can condensed milk
2 eggs
2 lemons
1 graham cracker pie crust

Separate eggs. Beat whites with a little cream of tartar and set aside. Combine milk, egg yolks, 1/2 cup lemon juice and grated rind of 1 lemon. Beat until mixed well. FOLD in egg whites and pour into pie crust. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top. Chill for several hours.
