QUICK AND EASY LEMON ICEBOX PIE | |
1 prepared graham cracker pie crust 2 cans condensed milk 1 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice (approximately 4 or 5 nicely sized lemons) Microwave lemons for about 12 seconds (this step will make them easier to juice). Strain to remove seeds. Add both cans of condensed milk to the juice and mix until just blended. Pour into prepared pie crust. Bake for 10 minutes at 350°F (no need to preheat oven). Let pie cool for approximately 5 minutes. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours. Submitted by: mattjaxx |
