1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 9-inch graham cracker crust
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. cool whip
Few drops yellow food coloring added to filling (optional)

Mix milk, lemon juice, and cool whip in large bowl until smooth. Pour into pie crust. Chill in refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.
