LEMON ICEBOX PIE 
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 egg yolk
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 prepared graham cracker crust

Pour milk into a bowl, then fold in egg yolk and lemon juice. Don't stir, whisk, mix or pie will not set. Pour into pie shell and refrigerate until set. Enjoy!

Variation: Limes or oranges may be used instead.
