FUDGE KRISPIES 
2 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. corn syrup
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. confectioners' sugar
4 c. Rice Krispies cereal

Combine chips, butter, and syrup in medium saucepan. Stir over low heat until melted and smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla and sugar. Add Rice Krispies and mix lightly until coated. Spread evenly into 13 x 9 inch pan. Chill until firm. Cut into squares. Store in refrigerator.
