SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 lg. or 4 sm. sweet potatoes
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. orange juice

Boil potatoes until tender. Cool, peel and slice. Place in quart casserole dish. Boil together remaining ingredients. Pour over potatoes and place in oven for 15 minutes at about 325 degrees. Carrots may be used in place of sweet potatoes.
