CRANBERRY NUT COFFEE CAKE 
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. biscuit mix
2 tbsp. granulated sugar
1 egg
2/3 c. water or milk
2/3 c. whole cranberry sauce

Mix together brown sugar, walnuts and cinnamon. Combine biscuit mix, sugar, egg and water; beat vigorously for half a minute. Spread in a greased square 9"x9" pan; sprinkle with nut mixture. Spoon cranberry sauce over the top. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.

ICING:

1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 tbsp. water
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix ingredients together. Drizzle over warm coffee cake.
