OVEN BEEF STEW #2 
2 lbs. stewing beef, cubed
1 c. tomatoes
6 sm. carrots, cut up
1 med. onion, diced
1/2 c. celery, diced
2 tbsp. tapioca
1 slice white bread, broken into bits
1 tsp. sugar
6 med. potatoes, cut up
1 tbsp. salt
1 c. water

Combine all ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Bake in 325 degree oven for 3 1/4 hours.
