SAVORY OVEN STEW 
2 lbs. beef stew meat or round steak cut in 1/2 inch
1 med. onion, sliced
6 stalks celery
6 carrots, cut up
3 med. potatoes, cut up in chunks
3 tbsp. quick-cooking tapioca
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Accent
1 1/2 c. tomato juice
1 bay leaf
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Cook until meat and vegetables are tender.
