NO - PEEK OVEN STEW 
1 1/2 lb. stew beef, cut in sm. cubes
5 peeled & sliced carrots
5 peeled & cubed potatoes
1 pkg. onion soup mix
2 c. cut up celery
4 tbsp. tapioca
1 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. tomato juice
2 c. water

Put in oven and bake at 325 degrees for 3 1/2 hours in roasting pan.

Make sure liquid covers ingredients.

Spread evenly in pan.
