ITALIAN BREAD
2 loaves frozen bread dough
1 lb. smoked sausage
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. pepperoni, sliced (opt.)
1/2 c. olive salad mix
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 c. Romano cheese
1 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. chopped green onions
1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms
Melted butter

Defrost bread dough at room temperature and let rise. While dough is rising, chop smoked sausage into small pieces and then cook in a pot until fat and liquids are removed; drain and set aside. Brown ground meat and drain. Roll out dough until 1/2" thick, using 1 loaf at a time.

Layer smoked sausage, olive mix, pepperoni, ground beef, 4 cheeses, onions and mushrooms. Roll up like a jelly roll and pinch edges to seal. Place seam down on cookie sheet. Brush loaves with melted butter and let rise for 1 hour, covered.

Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool about 10 minutes and cut into serving pieces. Yield: 6 to 8 pieces.
